The Ethnic Festival is coming! More than forty booths with food and ethnic items, beer tent, and entertainment from around the world! SAGKC is serving aebleskiver, Swedish meatball sandwiches, hallonsaft (raspberry drink), Icelandic glacial water, Swedish candy, and Finnish coffee. Come see us from August 21 to 23!

Join the fun, learn how to make aebleskiver, and eat as many as you want. Volunteer shifts are 3 hours for cooks, batter makers, cashiers, servers, and passport stampers. All people handling the food must wear gloves (provided), a clean apron (provided); and a head covering. This can be a hair net or a ball cap.
